摘要 在扼要阐述失效分析预测预防及其相关名词定义和概念的基础上 ,从认识论和失效分析学科发展的高度讨论了失效、失效分析和预测预防的特点和属性、相关学科和业务关系、地位和作用以及发展趋势和未来展望。 On the basis of instruction to failure analysis, prediction and prevention, and the related definition and conception, the characteristics and properties, the role and the evolutive trend of failure, failure analysis, prediction and prevention are illustrated in this paper.The relationships between failure analysis, prediction, prevention and the related subjects,business are also discussed.
