Assessment of left ventricular diastolic function by echocardiography

摘要 左心室舒张功能（left ventricular diastolic funclion,LVDF）指左心室收缩后恢复到前一次舒张末期容量和压力的能力.近年来,左心室舒张功能不全受到越来越多的关注,舒张功能不全可单独存在,亦可与收缩功能障碍并存,且在多种疾病过程中常先于收缩功能障碍出现.据统计,在充血性心力衰竭（congestive heart failure,CHF）患者当中,约1/3主要为舒张性心衰,且研究发现舒张性心衰患者的预后要比收缩性心衰患者更差[1],因此,正确识别和评价左心室舒张功能不全具有重要的临床意义.
