实时三维超声心动图的成像方法、研究现状及其发展前景 被引量:11

摘要 随着电子计算机技术和声学理论研究的深入,超声换能器的研制和显示方法已取得长足的进步,实时三维超心动图(real-time or live three-dimensional echocardiography)是心脏超声成像领域内的一项重大技术突破,它为临床医师提供了一个能无创地观察心脏解剖立体形态的新视窗。这一技术不仅对于心脏疾患的诊断具有巨大意义,而且在介入治疗方面也将发挥重要作用,现就其成像方式的演进,临床应用现状及其发展前景探讨如下。
