摘要
汽蚀现象是离心泵使用中常见的问题,针对离心泵的汽蚀现象,分析了汽蚀产生的原因及危害,通过对汽蚀理论中有效汽蚀余量和必须汽蚀余量的研究,探讨了增强离心泵抗汽蚀性能的方法,从离心泵的设计、安装等角度提出了预防汽蚀发生的措施,以避免汽蚀发生,提高泵的运行效率。
The cavitation phenomenon of centrifugal pump was the common problem. According to the centrifugal pump cavitation, cavitation causes and harm was analyzed. Based on the theory of NPSHa and NPSHr research, the method to strengthen anti- cavitation of centrifugal pump was discussed. Preventive measures to prevent cavitation were provided from the design and installation of centrifugal pump in order to avoide cavitation and improve the operating efficiency of the pump.
