摘要
目的:研究鼠曲草属植物秋鼠曲草的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20等手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从秋鼠曲草中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:二十四烷酸(1)、5-羟基-3,6,7,8-四甲氧基黄酮(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、5-羟基-3,6,7,8,4'-五甲氧基黄酮(4)、5-羟基-3,6,7,8,3',4'-六甲氧基黄酮(5)、芹菜素(6)、木犀草素(7)、槲皮素(8)、木犀草素-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、槲皮素-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective :To research the chemical constituents from Gnaphalium hypoleucum. Methods:Compounds were separated by using silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral data analysis. Re- suits : Ten compounds were isolated and identified as tetracosanoic acid ( 1 ), 5-hydroxy-3,6,7,8-tetramethoxyflavone (2) ,β-sitosterol ( 3 ), 5-hydroxy-3,6,7,8,4'-pentamethoxyflavone ( 4 ), 5-hydroxy-3,6,7,8,3', 4'-hexamethoxyflavone ( 5 ), apigenin ( 6 ), luteolin ( 7 ), quercetin ( 8 ), luteolin-4'-O-β-D-glucoside (9), quercetin-4'-O-β-D-glucoside ( 10 ). Conclusion: All of these compounds are iso- lated from this plant for the first time. Compound 5 is isolated from the genus for the first time.
