摘要
This paper presents a study and analysis on the problem that under normal production conditions 190 pieces of Cr-Mo steel heat exchange tubes of the first imported equipment have broken at the connections of the fixed tube sheets after only three years′ operation. Combining with the causes of failure of the first domestic equipment of this kind, the paper puts forward improvement measures in many aspects,such as selection of material, structure of the supporting sliding piece of the sliding tube sheet, design clearance between the sliding tube sheet and the shell, reducing the tube sheet thickness, adding shell temperature compensation, and butt weld process of the inner holes, etc. The actual production tests of the improved domestic equipment show that the above improvement measures are snccessful.
