摘要
文中阐述了苯乙烯装置进出料换热器的制造工艺。重点介绍了内孔焊接工艺的操作要点及工艺试验;挠性密封条制作;整体组装方案等。通过采取合理的机械加工、焊接及组装工艺,成功地完成了换热器的国产化制造,设备质量完全满足国外专利商工艺技术及设计图样要求。
This paper expounded the production process of the inlet and outlet heat exchangers of the Styrene Plant,and mainly introduced operation procedure and technological test of the inner-hole welding process,the fabrication of flexible sealing strips,scheme of integral assembling,and so on.By using the reasonable mechanical processing,welding and assembling processes,domestic production of these exchangers have been completed,and the quality of the equipment totally meets the process and design requirements of the foreign licensor.
