摘要
目的：研究神经生长因子（NGF）对儿童癫痫的治疗作用。方法：NGF2ml（1000u）每日或三日一次肌注，14天～6个月为一疗程。结果：80例中总显效率为58．8％，其中45例常规抗痫药无效者加用NCF后39例得到控制，显效率86．6％，35例单用NGF治疗者有效率为97．1％。结论：NGF对儿童癫痫确有较好的治疗作用。
Objective: To elucidate the role of nerve growth factor (NGF) on children's epilepsy.Methods: NGF 2 ml (1000u) im qd or q3d, 14 days to 6 months per period. Result: The total curative ratio is 58.8% (47/80), the effective ratio is 86.6% (39/45) in the group combined with NGF that the regulating anti-epilepsy medicine can't work well, and the effective ratio is 97. 1 % (34/35) in the group using NGF only. Conclusion: NGF do have curative effect in the therapy of children's epilepsy.
