Prevention and detection of pathogenic microbes in hospital environment

摘要 目的:进一步了解医院环境微生物污染情况,控制院内病原菌感染。方法:参照《医院消毒技术规范》,从医院的工作环境、物品和器械分别取样,进行微生物检测,以此了解微生物污染情况。结果:不同的工作环境和物品所受微生物污染情况有较大区别。其中,手术室、血库工作台、注射室台面、口腔科工作台等带菌量较低(0 CFU/cm2~499 CFU/cm2),供应室、取药窗口、各种医疗工作台、医护办公桌椅面、病历、化验单等带菌量较高(500 CFU/cm2~4999 CFU/cm2),门诊服务台、收费及挂号窗口、急诊观察室、普通病房桌椅面床栏、门把手、工作人员手掌等带菌量最高(5000 CFU/cm2~29999 CFU/cm2)。结论:摸清不同工作环境和物品的微生物污染情况,有针对性地做好卫生消毒工作,对于预防医院内病原菌感染具有非常重要的意义。 Objective:To further investigate the microbial contamination in the hospitals,and control the pathogenic bacteria infection.Methods:According to the"Specification for hospital sterilization",samples were collected from working environments,public goods and instruments,then biomass were detected for investigating the micro-bial contamination.Results:The biomass of bacteria were distinguishing in the samples from different working environments,public goods and instruments.Samples from operating tables of operating room,blood bank,injectionroom and department of stomatology were found to contain less biomass of bacteria(0 CFU/cm2~499 CFU/cm2)than those from supply room,medicine receiving,medical operating tables,office desks,medical records and testreports(500 CFU/cm2~4999 CFU/cm2),while samples from the service desks of outpatient department,registering and charging windows,emergency department,desks of sickrooms,doorknobs and the workers' hands contained the most biomass of bacteria(5000 CFU/cm2~29999 CFU/cm2).Conclusion:It's very important to investigate the microbial contamination and adopt measures to sterilize accordingly for preventing the pathogenic bacteria infection in hospitals.
