摘要 肺炎链球菌(SP)是目前国内外各年龄组人群社区获得性肺炎的最主要的病原菌。本文从肺炎链球菌的感染流行现状、耐药性、实验室检测及其预防等方面对其加以阐述。 Streptococcus pneuomoniae is one of the most pathogen in community-acquired respi-ratory infections in our country at present,This paper reviews the infection,the carriage rate,antimicrobial resistance,laboratory detection and prevention of Streptococcus pneuomoniae
