摘要
从理论上分析了准三能级系统固体激光器室温运转的条件以及实现方法 ,同时给出了实现 4 73 nm蓝光发射的方案。报道了用波长 80 8.5nm,功率为 2 W的半导体激光器泵浦 Nd:YAG,采用内腔倍频的方法 ,在室温下获得 94 6nm波长准三能级连续红外激光输出 1 2 0 m W,以及用 BBO晶体倍频获得4 73 nm波长 1 0 m
Nd∶YAG 946nm quasi three level laser system was studied theoretically. The way to realize the operation of 946nm all solid state infrared CW laser at room temperature was presented. Through the optical system specially designed by computer CAD system which can satisfy the requirement of focus, the maximum output power 120mW of 946nm infrared laser is obtained when pumped by a 2W 808.5nm diode (made in China). At the same time, 10mW 473nm CW blue laser is obtained by intra cavity doubling of BBO crystal. The slope efficiencies for 946nm infrared laser and 473nm blue laser are 10% and 2%, respectively.
