摘要
本文从理论上分析了准三能级系统 946nmNd :YAG固体激光器室温运转的条件及实现方法 ,并给出腔内倍频获得 473nm蓝光发射的方案。用波长 80 8 5nm ,功率 2W的半导体激光器泵浦Nd:YAG ,采用腔内插入高损耗元件选模的方法 ,在室温下获得 946nm波长连续红外激光输出1 80mW ,斜效率 1 3 % ;用BBO和LBO晶体腔内倍频 ,获得 473nm波长连续蓝色激光 ,输出功率分别 1 2mW和 50mW ,斜效率分别为 3 %及 1 0 %。
Study on how to realize the operation of quasi three level system 946nm all solid state Nd:YAG laser at room temperature is reported,also the means of emission of 473nm blue laser by lntracavity doubling.180nW output of 946nm infrared laser is obtained when pumped by a 2W diode with the slope efficiency 13%.12mW and 50mW output of 473nm blue laser are obtained using BBO and LBO doubling crystal with the slope efficiency 3% and 10%.
