摘要
目的:探讨减重仪对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行功能的影响。方法:我院于2008年6月到2011年3月收治脑卒中偏瘫患者60例,按照随机分组法分对照组和观察组,每组患者30例。对照组患者接受常规步态恢复训练,观察组患者在常规训练基础上接受减重平板训练仪训练;12周后对两组患者步行功能、10米步行时间、下肢运动功能以及日常生活能力等进行分析。结果:对照组和观察组治疗后步行功能、10米步行速度,下肢运动能力以及日常生活能力较治疗前明显改善,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者步行功能、10米步行时间,下肢运动能能以及日常生活能力较对照组显著性改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者在常规治疗的基础上接受减重平板训练仪训练可有效改善患者运动能力,下肢运动功能以及日常生活能力。
Objective:To explore effect of body weight support treadmill training on motor function in patients with poststroke hemiplegia. Methods: 60 patients with poststroke hemiplegia from June 2008 to Mar 2011 were randomly divided into control group(n=30) and observe group(n=30). Patients in the control group were given conventional treatments,and patients in the observe group were given body weight support treadmill training After 12 weeks of treatment, motor ability, 10 meters walking time, motor function of crura and activity of daily life (ADL) were analyzed. Results: Motor ability, 10 meters walking time, motor function of crura and ADL in control group and observe group after the treatment significantly enhanced than before(P〈0.05). Compared with control group, motor ability, 10 meters walking time, motor function of crura and ADL in observe group significantly enhanced(P〈0.05 ). Conclusion: Patients with poststroke hemiplegia treated by body weight support treadmill training improve better with regards to their motor function,walking ability and ADL than conventional treatment.
