摘要
本文收集整理了国内对中国典籍《庄子》英文翻译的研究论文(包括专著),发现对《庄子》英译的研究主要集中在以下七个方面:总括性研究、翻译策略、历史研究、译文比较、文化视角、语言学视角及哲学视角等。在对重点论文进行述评后,本文认为《庄子》英译的研究仍有很多地方有待提高,并对今后的《庄子》英译研究提出了一些建议,以便更好地向世界推广《庄子》。
This paper collects and analyzes the research papers on the English translations of Zhuangzi - one of the Chinese classics. Its findings are that the research on the English translations of Zhuangzi is mainly from the following seven aspects： comprehensive research, translation strategies, history, different translations comparing, culture, linguistics and philosophy. After reviewing some of the research papers, the authors think there is room for improvement of the research on the English translations of Zhuangzi. The paper puts forward some suggestions for future study of Zhuangzi＇s English translation in the hope of bettering the spread of Zhuangzi to the world.
