摘要
在简要讨论国际电力系统商业化运营特点的基础上，分析了我国互联电网商业化运营工作需要重视的管理和技术问题。
This paper analyzis some important issues which occurred in the commercialized operations of interconnected power systems,based on which some characteristics of electricity power markets.Such as how to manage the electricity markets and the techniques used in electricity markts are discussed.
