摘要 全面介绍汽车发动机机油泵的流量、出口压力、容积效率、压力脉动、振动噪声、耐久、空化等诸多性能参数的测试方法和分析方法,对每个性能参数的物理意义和对产品性能的影响进行综合的评价。文章的一些测试和工况点结合实际发动机的需要等要求,对机油泵的性能的把握给出一套较为合理的试验测试方案,对试验中应注意的一些问题和试验结果的提取、分析都给出建议。 The testing and analysis methods of the performance parameters of the oil pump of a vehicle' s engine, such as the flow-rate, outlet pressure, volumetric efficiency, pressure fluctuations, vibration-noise, durable, cavitation etc was introduced. The physical meaning of each parameter and its influence on the performance of the product was evaluated. According to the actual requirements, the testing case and the corresponding load-condition were determined, and a reasonable scheme for performance testing of the oil pump was proposed. Some noticeable problems in testing were put forward and the methods for collecting and analyzing the testing data were suggested.
