摘要
在实际的铝镇静钢生产工艺条件下 ,对钢包内钢水喂 Ca- Si线处理后夹杂物的组成、形态、尺寸和分布等的变化规律作了详细的研究。结果表明 ,喂线后钢中钙、铝比达到 0 .0 9以上时 ,钢中的 Al2 O3 类夹杂物能获得较好的变性 ;夹杂物中的钙、铝比随喂线后钢中钙、铝比的增大线性增加 ;钢中较高的钙、铝比有利于连铸坯中大颗粒夹杂物的去除 。
The change principle is discussed that the composition,strcuture,size and distribution of inclusion resulted from the treatmment of Ca-Si wire feeded into the liquid steel in ladle in terms of the actual production of Al killed steel.It has been shown that the Al 2O 3 kind of inclusions in the liquid steel is modified well when the proportion of calcium and aluminum is up to 0.09 after treatment of the wire feeded.The proportion of calcium and aluminum in inclusion will be increased linearly with that in liquid steel rises.The high proportion of calcium and aluminum in liquid steel is of advantage for the removal of large particle inclusions in continuous cast products and further for increasement of spheroidizing ratio of inclusion.
