摘要
本文介绍喂线法钢包处理技术的工业试验情况。研究结果表明,喂线工艺对钢水脱氧、脱硫、合金回收和改变夹杂物形态等都具有明显的功效;喂线速度直接影响喂线工艺的冶金效果。
The industrial tests of ladle wire feeding technology are reported in this paper. The results indicate that the wire feeding techology has marked effect in deoxidation, desulphurization, alloying efficiency and inclusion modification. The feeding speed directly influences the metallurgical results.
