摘要
近年来研制用锆青铜做连铸结晶器的材料 ,这种新材料具有较高的导热性和耐磨性及良好的光洁度 ,同时还具有足够的刚度和强度 ,但在冶炼过程中难以控制工艺 ,易于产生夹渣。通过实验 ,分析了产生夹杂物的原因 。
The new kind of material of the zirconium and bronze alloy developed recently making for mould is of high thermal conductivity,wear resistance and gool finish as well as enough rigidity and strength,but its production process is difficult to control while melting and the included slag is easily formed.The causes are discussed which resulted from the inclusion after experiments and then the control measures are put forward.
