摘要
结晶器铜板是连铸机中的核心部件,其性能与寿命是影响连铸生产效率和铸坯质量的关键。初步分析结晶器铜板的失效形式及机理,并围绕结晶器铜板本体强化、铜板结构及连铸工艺优化、铜板表面涂层强化3个方面综述连铸结晶器铜板长寿化研究现状。
Mold copper plate is the core component of continuous casting machine,and its performance and life are the key factors affecting continuous casting production efficiency and billet quality.The failure forms and mechanisms of mold copper plates were preliminarily analyzed,and the research status of longevity of continuous casting mold copper plates was summarized in three aspects:strengthening the mold copper plate body,optimizing the structure and continuous casting process,and strengthening the surface coating of the copper plate.
