摘要 转炉溅渣护炉技术是转炉护炉技术的重大进步。国家冶金局要求在本世纪末 ,我国 6 0 %以上的转炉采用这项技术。文中阐述了马钢第三炼钢厂转炉溅渣护炉工程的工艺设计特点及操作实践 。 Converter lining protection technology by slag splashing is the significant development of converter protection technology.The Metallurgy Bureau demands that over 60% of converters in our country should adopt this technology by the end of this century.This paper introduces the process design features and practical operation of No.3 Steelmaking Plant of Ma Anshan Iron & Steel Co.Ltd, and analyzes the problems occurring in converter protection operation and the economical benefits from it.
