Thinking on Beef Source Problems in Beef Cattle Industry

摘要 近几年,我国肉牛业发展遇到了牛源紧缺的问题,其主要原因是牛繁殖率低,牛源供给不足;肉牛繁育部门经济效益差,没有生产犊牛的积极性;牛个体的产肉量低,生产单位牛肉需要屠宰更多的牛;肉牛繁育户组织化程度低,一方面,实力弱小,没有代言人,在产业链中处于弱势地位,另一方面,难以提高生产水平和市场竞争力。解决牛源紧缺问题,要提高牛的繁殖效率,利用奶公牛产肉,增加牛源供给;要提高个体产肉量,少杀牛而多产肉,缓解牛源需求;借鉴国外经验,建立和发展农业合作社,提高技术、加强管理,提高应对市场的能力和提高影响力,从而提高肉牛繁育户的经济效益和权益。 The development of beef cattle industry met the problems of bovine shortage in recent years. The main reasons were the low fertility rate, inadequate supply of bovine, poor economic returns of beef breeding department, lacking the inactive of raising calf, the low amount of beef production which need more beef to product the certain beef meat and the low organized level of breeding farmer, and so on. On the one hand, the development of beef industry was in weak strength, it was lack of spokesman and at the weak position in the whole industry chain. On the other hand, it was difficult to improve the level of produetion and market competition. In order to solve the beef source shortage problem, it needed to improve the reproductive effect and make use of dairy bull to produce meat which increased the supply of bovine. It also needed to increase the amount of beef production per individual and tried to slaughter low amount of bovine but product high amount meat so as to mitigate the supply of bovine source. Drawing on the foreign experience, the agricultural co-operatives were established and developed to improve the technology and strength the management, so that we could improve the ability of coping with market and influence, then to improve the economic benefit and rights and interests of beef cattle breeding farmers.
