摘要
目的应用荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)观察降眼压治疗对前部缺血性视神病变(AION)眼底血管充盈状态的影响。方法收集2008年5月至2011年10间住院治疗的AION室68例(68只眼),随机分为非眼压干预组(对照组)30例,眼压干预组38例,对眼压干预组38例在发病时的眼压基础上用药物降低眼压≥8 mm Hg或降低眼压≥30%,其它进行常规治疗,观察FFA血管充盈指标的变化,对两组治疗效果进行分析比较。结果非眼压干预组(对照组)平均臂-视网膜循环时间为(16.9±0.46)s,视盘荧光染料渗漏显现时间为(22.3±0.37)s;眼压干预组平均臂-视网膜循环时间为(13.4±0.51)s,视盘荧光染料渗漏显现时间为(16.3±0.32)s。经统计学处理,双组结果差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论降眼压治疗对AION的眼底血管充盈状态有明显的改善作用。
Objective To observe the influence of intraocular pressure on the anterior ischemicoptico-neuropaty of vascular filling state using FFA.Methods 68 patients with anterior ischemicoptico-neuropathy from May 2008 to Oct 2011 were randomly divided into non-intervention group（control group） 30 cases of intraocular pressure in the intervention group,38 cases of intraocular pressure in the intervention group,38 cases on the basis of onset of intraocular pressure with medication to reduce intraocular pressure ≥ 8 mm Hg,conventional treatment,FFA observed changes in vascular filling index,Treatment of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Non-IOP intervention group（control group） were an average arm-retinal circulation time 16.9 ± 0.46s,disc dye leakage appeared time 22.3 ± 0.37 s,the average intraocular pressure in the intervention group were arm-retinal circulation time 13.4 ± 0.51 s,Disc leakage of fluorescent dyes show time 16.3 ± 0.32 s.Statistically,the results of two-group difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Hypotensive therapy is importment in anteriorischemicoptico-neuropathy with significant improvement in vascular filling state of FFA.
