摘要
从法学角度,论证了林业碳汇交易涉及民事、行政、刑事和经济法律关系,指出林业碳汇交易是一种民事法律合同,并提出相应的林业碳汇交易实施法律建议,以期规范相关林业碳汇交易行为。
From a legal point of view, it was analyzed that forestry carbon sequestration transaction involves civil, administrative, criminal and economic legal relationship, and it was pointed out that forestry carbon sequestration transaction itself is also a kind of civil contract, related legal suggestions were proposed on forestry carbon sequestration transaction, so as to regulate the transaction behaviors.
