摘要
论述了一种全新的微小摩擦测试方法——间接测量法,并设计了测试装置.该方法将微型电动机同时作为驱动元件和测试元件,通过分析微电动机在施加正压力前后其运动特性的改变,间接地计算出微小摩擦力的大小,从而避开了传感器的安装问题.音圈电机产生的微小力通过传动装置双面抱紧电机轴产生正压力,其大小通过离线标定获取.测得摩擦系数μ的平均值为0.147。
Micro- friction is one of the key factors that affect the performance of MEMS( micro electronic mechanical system) . Because of the micro size,sensors thatare necessary in the traditional study of fric- tion could not be settled. A novel idea that tests friction withoutsensors was described in this paper. The micro motor to be tested is taken as both driver and testing component. Analyzing the change of motor's characteristics makes the measurementoffriction. The pressure is given by a voice coil motor,and its val- ue is obtained by testing off- line. The average value of friction coefficientμ is 0 .1 4 7and the experimental error is under 4 %.
