摘要
基于锥齿轮内在的几何关系 ,从批量生产的实际需要出发 ,介绍一种工序中控制锥齿轮轮坯理论齿顶圆和轮冠距的间接测量方法并详细推导了有关计算公式 。
In this paper,the indirect measurement for controlling bevel gear billets' external diameter and crown distance in working procedure is presented.Based on bevel gears' inherent geometry relations,this paper detailedly deduces calculating formula and aims at mass production.It provides a dependably mathematical model for studying measurement of bevel gears and designing special instruments.
