摘要
本文在33例成年尸体骨盆腔上初步观察了盆腔出口结构、内容物及其周围关系;在33块骨盆骨上观测了坐骨大切迹和坐骨大切迹外侧缘的局部结构。讨论了盆腔出口与坐骨神经的解剖关系,以及出口与周围组织器官的解剖关系。认为凡是造成盆腔出口正常解剖形态改变,不论是外源性还是内源性的原因,其结果均可导致盆腔出口内的神经、血管、肌肉受嵌压,尤其是坐骨神经,而产生一系列综合症状。
In this article,the structures,contents and peripheral tissues of the outlet of pelvic cavity were examined on 33 adult cadavers.In addition,incisura ischiadiea major and the local structure of its la- teral border were observed.The article also discusses the anatomical relationship between pelvic outlet and sciatic nerve as well as that between the outlet and collateral tissues.The conclusion has been drawn that any factor changing the normal anatomical forms of pelvic outlet,no matter it is an exogenous or entogenous factor,will result in constriction on the nerves,blood vessels and muscles,especially the sciatic nerve,of the pelvic outlet and will finally lead to serial syndrome.
