摘要
目的设计军人电子健康档案及健康管理信息系统的系统架构。方法参照国内外研究资料,分析我军卫勤保障对军人电子健康档案的需求及系统主要业务流程。结果提出了军人电子健康档案及健康管理系统的建设目标,设计了一种系统架构,并详细论述了该架构的组成要素及相互关系。结论该系统架构为"十二五"期间研发和部署我军军人电子健康档案系统提供理论基础与参考模型。
Objective To design a system architeclure of the military electronic health records and health management system. Methods The demand of health service for the military electronic health records was analyzed, the system con- struction target developed and the system architecture designed with reference to research papers published both at home and abroad. Results The system construction target was developed and analyzed. A system architecture was designed,and the constituent elements of the system structure and the relationship between them were discussed in detail. Conclusion The results in this paper can be used to facilitate the construction of the military electronic health record system during the 12th Five-Year Plan.
