摘要
绿脓杆菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)是一种临床上常见的条件致病菌。近年来其检测技术取得了一定进展,本文对绿脓杆菌的分子生物学检测技术进行了综述,并对其检测新策略进行了展望。
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common opportunistic pathogen.Some improvement has been made on its relevant detection technique in recent years.The molecular detections of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and some new promising strategies about its testing were summarized in the review.
