摘要
校企合作中企业方处于被动地位,高职院校必须通过有效手段推动合作深入开展。通过调动学校资源,如招生宣传、订单班冠名等方式,扩大服务企业;通过拓宽教学范围,为企业进行技术培训;通过改革教学模式,提高毕业生专业技能和综合素质,最终让企业主动找高职院校进行合作,从而深化校企合作。
Enterprises is in a passive position of the school-enterprise cooperation.Vocational colleges need to promote the cooperation through many effective means.We can mobilize school resources,such as recruitment propaganda,naming order class to expand service enterprise;widen teaching range for enterprise technical training;improve graduates professional skills and comprehensive quality by teaching mode reform to deepen the school-enterprise cooperation.
