摘要
在差压式真空注型工艺方法分析的基础上,确定影响浇注件质量的关键因素,构建差压式数字控制真空注型系统,对其关键技术进行研究,提出了基于直接图像法的气泡监控方法和基于模糊神经网络的质量控制方法,并介绍了具体的实现过程。最后,通过物理样机进行实验以验证差压真空注型工艺对浇注件质量的影响以及系统的可行性和先进性。
Based on analysis of original vacuum casting process, the key factors which affect the quality of products are confirmed. The numerical control vacuum casting system is constructed. The key technologies of this system are researched which are real- time monitoring of bubbles based on Direct Image (DI) method and quality control method based on Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN). Finally,in order to verify feasibility and advanced of system, some functional testing and engineering application testing are carried out by a physical prototype.
