摘要
用VB开发刮板输送机哑铃的分析系统界面,结合ANSYS的参数化编程语言APDL编写哑铃的建模、划分网格、加载和后处理的命令文件。利用VB和ANSYS的数据接口,实现对哑铃的参数化设计和分析计算。实例证明:参数化使分析更为简捷,不但适合不熟悉有限元分析软件的用户使用,而且提高了分析效率。
The interface of analytical system for the scraper conveyor's dumbbell is developed by VB. The command files of modeling, meshing, loading and post-processing of the dumbbell are written by the parametric programming language APDL of ANSYS software. The parametric design and calculation of dumbbell are realized by using the data interface of VB and ANSYS. Examples prove: Parameterization makes analysis more forthright, not only is suitable for users who are unfamiliar with finite element analysis software, but also raise the analyzing efficiency.
