摘要
厚及特厚煤层作为主力开采煤层,一次采全高综采是高效安全开采的有效方式。针对超大采高综采工作面智能刮板输送装备,详细阐述了在机头高效卸载技术、高强度超重型中部槽、高承载能力牵引系统、高刚度刮板组件、链条张力动态调节系统及大块煤预破碎系统等方面取得的诸多创新成果与技术特点,有效提升装备性能、开采效率与安全性,为超大采高工作面技术发展筑牢根基、提供实践指引。
Thick and extra thick coal seams are the main mining coal seams,and the fully mechanized mining which completes at once is an effective way for efficient and safe mining.Aiming at the intelligent transportation conveyor equipment for super large mining height fully mechanized mining face,the equipment has achieved many innovative achievements and technical characteristics in efficient unloading technology of the machine head,high-strength and ultra heavy middle groove,high bearing capacity traction system,high stiffness scraper components,dynamic adjustment system of chain tension and pre crushing system of large coal,which effectively improves equipment performance,mining efficiency and safety,lays a solid foundation for technological development in super large mining height mining face and provides practical guidance.
