摘要
苏木水提液在2.5μl/ml浓度下对HL_(-60),K_(562),L_(929)及Yac-1有明显的杀伤作用。给荷瘤小鼠(EAC)每日腹腔注射0.2ml,连续7天,平均延长生存期185%(P<0.01)。可顺利通过三段式序贯试验规定的疗效标准。
The aqueous extract of lignum sappan can kill cell lines of HL-60, K562, L929 and Yac-1 at the concentration of 2μl/ml. The survival time of mice hearing EAC is increased by 185% (P<0.01) by ip 0.2ml/mouse×7d. The three-stage sequential test standard can be passed smoothly.
