摘要
虚拟制造是当前科技界和企业界研究的热点课题之一。本文通过对工件成型过程的分析,建立了可应用于虚拟制造的、反映加工质量的工件模型—刀具轨迹表示法,并根据此模型建立了工件车削加工表面的几何拓扑仿真模型,并在虚拟车削与虚拟测量一体化单元中获得了应用。
Virtual manufacturing (VM) is one of the research highlights both in science circles and enterprise circles at present. In this paper, on analyzing the forming process of the workpiece and the sources of machining error, Cutter Trajectory Representation (CT-Rep) is presented, which is available for characterizing the machining quality of workpiece in VM. According to the CT-Rep, the surface geometrical topological model of the workpiece after turning operation is established and applied in virtual machining and measuring cell being developed.
