摘要
讨论了虚拟加工环境建模、工件建模、NC代码解析以及加工过程仿真算法等加工仿真中的关键技术,应用这些技术建立了一个通用虚拟加工原型系统(VMS),为虚拟制造的实现提供了有效的支持基础。
This paper described a machining simulation method based on triangular faceted model. A hierarchical modeling approach of machining environment was put forward,which was used to anticipate the possible collisions. The model of workpiece was set up, and the fractionizing approach of machining surface was introduced. Moreover, NC code parsing flow chart and machining simulation algorithm were presented. Finally, a prototype system of virtual machining platform VMS is introduced to verify these techniques.
