This paper gives the uncertainty of the gradient and the intercept in the least square method of the monadic linear parameter on the basis of the property of the mean square deviation. From the point of view of the modern theory of the uncertainty, the uncertainty of the measured y should be the uncertainty of y combined with that of A sort.
