摘要
按照国家标准GB/T 7730 .3- 1997中的方法I进行锰铁中磷含量的测定 ,对涉及的玻璃器皿和仪器设备进行不确定度来源分析和评定。不确定度主要来自于重复性测定、天平、2 5 0mL容量瓶、2 5mL移液管、分光光度计及测定过程。分光光度法测定磷的扩展不确定度U =0 .0 0 7% ,有效自由度νeff=5 0 ,置信水平为 95 %。
According to GB/T 7730.3-1997 method I, the phosphorus content of ferromanganese was determined. The uncertainty′s causation and source of the related chemical glassware and equipment was analyzed and evaluated. The main uncertainty′s resource were repetitive measurement, balance, 250 mL volumetric flask, 25 mL piper, spectrophotometer and its process of determination. The expanded uncertainty U=0.007%, ν (eff)=50, the confidence interval is 95%.
