摘要
本文以问题的方式探讨了以下三个问题 :技术悲观主义的表现 ;技术悲观主义产生的原因 ;技术悲观主义的合理价值。并就技术悲观主义的实质从认识论上作了阐释。文章最后指出 ,工具理性和价值理性的和谐是实施科教兴国战略和可持续发展战略的基础。
The article discusses the following three problems, the manifestation of pessimism on technology, the reasons which tausing the pessimism on technology, and finally the existing value of pessimism on technology. The author also explained the essence of pessimism on technology from an epistmology of view. At the end of the article, it point out that the harmony between tool logos and value logos is the foundation of implementing the science and education strategy and the sustainable developement strategy.
