摘要
食品安全消费良序的存续既有企业生产、政府信息发布的伦理问题,也有民众对信息处理的行为心理问题,特别是消费者对政府发布的食品安全信息持何种心理预期,即"不可信"与"可信"的主观感受,更可归结到社会宽松的视域内加以认识。心理预期与社会宽松互为关联。中国目前在食品安全信息发布与采信上的社会宽松度很低,对食品安全信息发布与采信的心理预期相应偏紧,因此为以社会宽松为突破点研究正常心理预期的重建提供了理论和实践的可能。食品安全信息发布与采信的正常心理预期发生机制的探析可从模型Ⅰ导入,过渡为模型Ⅱ,最后从模型Ⅲ导出。结论是政府要对现有的民众食品安全信息发布与采信的心理预期进行"偏中求正"式的重建,其中社会宽松就是政府乃至全社会的一个重要调控工具。
The good order in foods safety consuming needs continuing maintenance. It has either ethics problems of production by enterprises and the information-releasing by government, or behavior psychological problems of citizens’ handling-information, especially the consumers’ subjective feelings whether they are believable about the foods-safety information released by government or not. It is also put on the social-easy field to understand. The psychological-expectation has deal with the social-easy . The degree of social-easy on foods-safety informations releasing and believability is very low, so the psychological-expectation about foods-safety information’ s releasing and believability is corresponding negative. Therefore, it provides with the probability in theory and practice that we are able to research reconstruction of the normal psychological-expectation through the social-easy. The mechanism in normal psychological-expectation about the foods-safety informations releasing and believability can import in modelⅠ, transit modelⅡ and deduce from modelⅢ in the end. Our conclusions are that government should reconstruct the citizens’ psychological- expectation about foods-safety information’ s releasing and believability, setting it to straight from oblique. It is very important that the social-easy is one of the significant regulation-tools from government and whole society.
