摘要
土地整理项目实施后的耕地质量现在普遍采用农用地分等的方法进行评定。但是由于农用地分等所选择的参评因素并不能全部涵盖土地整理项目所影响的因素,所以采用把土地整理工程影响的因素作为补充指标,对耕地自然质量等指数进行修正的方法,更加准确地反映土地整理后耕地的质量。并通过丽江市永胜县沿边片区土地整理项目的实证,证明此方法的有效性和实用性。
The quality of arable land after the implementation of land consolidation project is assessed by method of agricultural land classification.However,the method of agricultural land classification can not involve all factors affected land consolidation project.Therefore,the method is used that considering the factors affected land consolidation as a index of the natural quality of land in order to reflect the quality of arable land after the implementation of land consolidation.And through the land consolidation project of Yongsheng county,Lijiang city has confirmed the effectiveness and practical of this method.
