摘要
目的 本文对红毛五加多糖对胃癌的抑制作用进行研究。方法 采用体外细胞培养计数法 ,结果表明 ,该多糖对胃癌有显著性抑制作用。结论 该多糖对胃癌可能有一定防治作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms Var Hispidus Hoo polysaccharides(AGP)on the human gastric cancer cell.Methods In vitro culture cell number count was adopted.Results AGP significantly inhibited the gastric cancer cell.Conclusion AGP may have some efficacy on the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
