摘要
肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是临床上常见的一种功能性肠病,其发病机制尚未完全明确。目前认为IBS是诸多因素共同作用的结果。中医药对本病的研究有较快进展,本文就中医药治疗腹泻型IBS的实验研究进展方面作一综述。
Irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） is a common one of functional bowel disorders in clinic,which pathogenesis is not completely clear.Presently,IBS is considered as the result of joint action which due to multifarious factors.The study of IBS has made rapid progress with TCM.In this paper,studies about experimental research of IBS-D with TCM therapy are reviewed.
