轻烃深加工精馏装置能耗分析与节能措施 被引量:4

Energy consumption analysis and energy-saving measures for rectification unit of light hydrocarbon deep refinery

摘要 从精馏装置的生产能耗入手,分析了装置主要设备水、电、气各项能耗,通过余热回收、减少开停机次数、停用部分机组的方法、采用原料存储工艺的改造、空冷器电动机更换为变频电动机,改造精馏塔进料工艺流程,优化冷水机组注水工艺流程等节能措施,大幅降低了装置运行能耗,改造后节约天然气88.27×104m3,节约电量71.79×104kWh,水减少69 t,增加经济效益达321.89×104元。 According to the energy consumption from the distillation units, the consumption of water, elec-tricity and gas of the main equipments has been analyzed. The energy consumption has been re-duced greatly by recovering the waste heat, reducing the number of turn-on and turn-off, stoppingsome units, reforming the raw material storage tank process for distillation units, using the frequen-cy conversion motor for air coolers, improving the feed process flow and optimizing the water in-jection for water chillers. The natural gas of 88.27×104 m3 , power of 71.79×104 kWh and water of69 tons have been saved after being reformed. The economic benefit of 321.89× 104 Yuan has beenincreased.
