摘要
中原油田分公司以各个采油厂轻烃为原料,在对采油厂联合站实行密闭装车改造的同时,在中原油田分公司石化总厂建成了一套70kt/a轻烃处理装置。该装置采用精馏原理,生产液化石油气、混合C5、苯、脱苯芳烃、石脑油等产品,解决了各个采油厂轻烃不能集中处理的问题,为中原乙烯提供优质原料;实现资源优势互补,提高了油气资源的综合效益,增加产品种类,提高了市场竞争力。
A 1630 b/d light hydrocarbon treatment unit is built in the General Petrochemical Works of Zhongyuan Oil Field Company by taking the light hydrocarbon from oil recovery plants as feedstock. Meanwhile, the closed loading revamp for combined station in oil recovery plants is carried out. Rectifying process is adopted in the unit to produce LPG, mixed C5, benzene, debenzolized aromatic, and naphtha. The light hydrocarbon from various oil recovery plants can be centrally treated to provide the superior feedstock to ethylene unit. The resource superiority is complemented and comprehensive benefits of oil and gas are increased.
