摘要
为提高人工影响天气业务系统的服务水平,针对目前系统存在的不足,通过研究面向服务架构(SOA)和WebService技术,提出了基于面向服务架构(SOA)的人影作业综合业务平台解决方案。给出一个采用Web Service技术设计实现的四层结构的面向服务的基础框架,即分为基础数据层、服务提供层、业务应用层、用户表现层。阐述该框架在WebGIS平台上实现方法,验证了方案的可行性。为构建人影业务系统平台提供一种可行且优越的方案。
In order to improve the service level of weather modification business system,in view of the deficiencies of the previous operational system,through the research on the service oriented architecture（SOA） and Web Service,a weather modification comprehensive business service platform solution based on SOA is proposed.A four layer structure SOA application fundamental framework,divided into basic data layer,services layer,business application layer,user presentation layer,is designed by Web Service.The methods and steps of the framework based on WebGIS and the feasibility of the solution are expatiated,a feasibility and superiority developed solution for weather modification service platform integration is provided.
