利用PHP+MySQL+Apach组合,开发省、市、县(市)三级人影业务信息采集和管理系统,内容包涵河南省人影管理方面的各个细节,既有历史数据库和演变分析,又有最新数据和统计结果,方便管理者及时掌握全省人工影响天气工作的动态。
The triple artificial influenced weather operational message collection and management system of provinces, counties and cities is developed using the union of PHP ＋ MySQL ＋ Apach. The contents include all details of the artificial influenced weather operational management, such as the analysis of historical database and evolvement, the newest data and statistical results. It is convenient for manager to master the trends of the artificial influenced weather work of the whole province.
