摘要
以淮山薯块茎和零余子为材料,研究打破休眠,提高发芽率和不定芽质量的方法。结果表明:采用20~30g大小的零余子,10mg/L的赤霉素(GA3)处理30min,出芽率(88.89%)最高;以块茎为繁殖材料的,最好选择块茎的中上部分,10mg/L的GA3处理50min,出芽率(97.79%)、芽长(17.53cm)和芽直径(7.37cm)均极显著高于其他处理。
Taking the tuber and bulbil of Dioscorea fordii as materials,the methods of breaking dormancy,improving germination rate and adventitious bud quality were studied.The results showed the bulbil germination rate was the highest(88.89%) when bulbil weight was 20-30g and the bulbil was treated 30 minutes with 10mg/L GA3,and the upper of the tuber was the better propagation material.Germination rate(97.79%),the bud length(17.53cm) and bud diameter(7.37cm) were significantly higher than the other when the tuber was treated 50 minutes with 10mg/L GA3.
