简介了安全阀基本要求及在工业生产中的重要作用。详细分析了安全阀在实际使用过程中出现泄漏率超过允许值、安全阀动作不灵活、开启压力偏差超过许可范围、排放压力或回座压力变化、阀门频跳和阀门颤振等常见的故障及其产生原因,并针对故障原因提出了相应的处理方法和解决措施。
In this article, the fundamental requirements for safety valve and its important functions in industrial production were briefly introduced. Various faults of safety valve occurred in practical application and their causes were analyzed, including extra leakage rate, stick in valve opening, deviation beyond allowable scope, unstable seating and discharging pressure and frequent fluttering and vibration of valve. And then, the relevant treatment and solving methods were proposed.
