摘要
安全阀是锅炉、压力容器和其他承截压力设备上重要的安全附件,其动作可靠性和性能好坏直接关系到设备和人身的安全,并与节能和环境保护紧密相关。现在的安全阀校验手段非常耗费人力和时间,已经不能满足市场的需求,通过对新技术的了解以及与旧手段效率对比分析,发现目前校验中存在的问题,找出问题的解决办法,为以后输气站场安全阀的校验提速提出具有指导意义。
Safety valve is an important safety accessories on boiler, pressure vessels and other equipment, reliability and performance of its action is not only directly related to equipment and personal security, but also to the energy-saving and environmental protection closely. Now the old methods of check valve can not meet market demand because it＇s manpower and time consuming. Through the understanding of new technologies and contrast the efficiency between the old methods and new to find the current problems in testing, to find solutions of the problems, made a guiding significance for speed check valve of gas station in future.
